don't like dilution of course but this is virtually warrantless (24-monthers, with amount only 3% to the underwriters) and a show of strength in my opinion. and we'll get these houses to spread the word. likely they will exercise their overallotment. although surprised that someone did not exercise some options or warrants. i'm sure they will later. it's likely that less than 3 in 100 juniors have over $15 million in the kitty.
of course recall that el barqueno payment of $1.5 million plus VAT is due mid-April. This would get them to sub $5 million in the treasury with no new funds. the intangible of this deal is it keeps the las calles cards on the table with goldcorp. of course goldcorp just sold $221 million of primero shares a couple of days ago and they are arguing with osisko... interesting.
most important thing is pena de oro drill turning now. tick-tock. potential to see even more outstanding holes in the coming weeks... if it comes to be that azteca and pena de oro are connected, look out
