Thanks for the heads up Seven. If they sell all of Morelos Sur to focus solely on El Barqueño they could potentially have nearly as much cash in the bank as the entire company's current valuation - depending on sale terms of course, but for Las Calles alone the $40-$50 million range has been mentioned, so what's the rest worth? Not sure if this is what's going to happen

Ivan has always said that Las Calles is worth 'significantly' more than the previous Concession sale which was just under $16 million... unsure what that means but I would imagine that it's a minimum of $50 million... the key with Cayden vs. other juniors is that with this potential windfall it means very little if any further dilution, that is sometimes the Achilles heel of juniors is

Thanks for these updates Seven.  Although it's mostly trying to read between the lines they are obviously purposeful in making these changes so your taking time to bring them to light is appreciated and saves the rest of us time.
