First Energy and MacQuarie are
playing games with the stock price.
That is, if there is an opportunity to low close CDI, it is low closed. Most noticeable right now when the low of the day is the 3.95 and shortly before close the price is over 4.00. They will run 100 shares through at 3.95 and voila--we are closing below 4.00.
Nothing serious, but it should be pointed out.
