Interesting that Peters and Co
picked up the last of that block that McQuarrie had. My guess is that McQ bought the deal at 4.35 and dumped when it lost 10% down to 4.00. Pretty short sighted. After a 1/4 like CDI had it should have been at 5.00+ if they had held on.
