YES MR DAVE THE REASON CEM IS DROPPING LIKE A BALL IS FUNDS CANNOT HOLD SHARES IF THEY GET OUT OF S&P. AFTER ALL THE FUNDS AND FUND MANAGERS FINSISH SELLING, THAT SHOULD BE AN OPPRORTUNITY OF A LIFETIME. WAIT FOR THE BUYING TO BEGIN SOON. I AM WAITING WITH LOTSA CASH TO SUCK THIS BABY UP AT LOW LOW.GOOD LUCK.

Seriously speaking buy CEM (Chemtura) and get rich. Billion dollar revenue company only trading for .10 because out of S&P and some funds can't hold this stock if it is out of S&P. Out of S&P doesn't mean out of stock market and don't deserve a .10 value right now. NCX was bought out for a 300% premium. it may happen to CEM soon.
