We are above water again after years of redirecting capex program at almost monolithic pace.
Our valuation has never been lower despite geological prudence and good management decison making not to throw money out the door.. Not to poin t fingers but Delphi has 165MM in debt now and thats tough on <10K boe of gassier bbls.. 

This announcement shows that our 50% interest in deep cut midstream is likley worth more than the big fat doufghnut being ascribed right now imho.

KKR taking the long shot while everyone else sells in stupefied panic at 10K a flowing inclusive of major infrastructure assets. 

Perhaps I am overly emotional here - but you know what would suck almost as much as these market makers and HFT parasites on seek-and-destory? Getting taken out at 10 cents presplit.  We need a poison pill so that we get the rewards for weathering the storm. Not some take under at 2 bucks 10 cents presplit.  Time to focus directly and squarely at shareholder value/ getting proper valuation and interest. Marketing 101 to big institutional guys who can take 30% interest / 5MM cheque and clean up/ upgrade our  cap table even further All IMHO.
