Cease Trade Order (CTO)

Cease Trade Order (CTO)

I texted BCSC, and this was their answer:

Good Morning, x-x-x-x-x-x-x,

Thank you for contacting the British Columbia
Securities Commission (BCSC), regarding Cache Exploration Inc. (Cache).

As you know, Cache was issued a Cease Trade Order (CTO) by the BCSC on march 31, 2021; however, that CTO was revoked on April 6, 2021.

We understand, from a news release issued by the Company, that they've applied to the Stock exchange to be reinstated and would update shareholders in due course. You May want to contact the company in this regard. You can find their contact information on SEDAR.

We hope this helps.

Thank you,

Karen
