Eight Months still No Trading!

Eight Months still No Trading!
Eight months since trading was halted, plenty of time to get financials in order and get relisted.
They have done nothing!
Since then zero communication and total lack of transparency with investors via their web page or emails.
I don't think they ever intended to get reinstated after trading was halted.
I'm sure they knew by not submitting financials that trading would get halted and they then could just run off with everyone's money.
I doubt we are ever going to see this trade again or any of our invested money.

I did not have a ton invested but I really feel sorry for those who did.
What these guys are did is nothing short of criminal. They should be held accountable.
I have a hard time accepting that these guys knew they would get shut down and then steal investors money unscathed.
This could possibly be a case of intentional securities fraud and theft of investors funds. It should be investigated.
I'm no expert, but you would think that the securities commissions and/or the exchanges would have systems in place to freeze and safegaurd investor funds if trading gets halted like this.

Do we know if anyone has?:
Checked with or filled a complaint with the B.C. Securities Commission, IIROC or the TSX or Venture exchanges?
Reported this to RCMP or a local law enforcement agency regarding possible securities theft and/or fruad charges?
Talked with a securities lawyer regarding recourse? Class action lawsuit maybe??
