RE:RE:RE:RE:Reported grade was actually 6.1 gpt FastFF - You clearly don't know what you are talking about. Mariposa County, where this project is located, is the lead agency for Environmental Permitting. Not the State and not the Feds. If the local community is supportive, then the probability of CGM updating their mining permits is pretty high and so far in my discussions with Management, I have learned that the community is in fact supportive. Its very easy to be negative when you have not researched the subject. The community was supportive in the case of Sutter Gold as well and they received full permitting in 2012.
