Not a hot IRR given the high assumed POG of $1472/oz, but the 5% discount rate seems fair and the resulting $382mm NPV is obviously much higher than the tiny current market cap. I think CFO.V should head back up to $2, but it may take a while especially if gold continues to meander. JMHO

Thank you. I'm also a little disappointed about the IRR, but I think we will have to wait until the resource update and the PFS in 2013. Hopefully the sp will recover within the next weeks/months as I'd assume that we will see at leat 1 or 2 PPs within 2013.
