Rescheduling isn't all that it is cracked out to be!It does open the door to more scientific study and helps to fix some tax drops by way of being able to write off expenses.
A lot of things are stacked against a true legalization effort!
Legal pot needs to match access to all of the banking and brokering tools that beverage alcohol has and every other US business.
Pharma use has been the toe in the door that is keeping it from being slammed shut by special interests but cannabinoids are gaining ground as a safer vice for adult rec use by comparison to opiodes and alcohol.
Big alcohol has studied on cannabinoids in their future but until the US gets their laws right and pro-pot, they are in no rush because they still have alcohol revenue.
They also are holding back on greasing the palms of the pro-pot lobbyists.
They also see cannabinoid infused beverages as cannibalizing their marketshare for soft alcohol.
As long as the Americans keep from getting straight to the legalization we won't see the greenrush that I am expecting.
