Hm, but i have difficulties seeing the benefit of this deal for xali share holders. 175k over 5 years is maybe ok, but beeing left with a 0,5 percent nsr in case there will be a real mining deposit

Hard to Inderstand why anyone is selling at these princes. Ok, we are stuck at pennies currently, but imo it can't go down much further ;) maybe taxloss selling as was mentioned before..
