Current Situation??

Just  wondering.  Have heard  very positive  posts  here over the past  few years.  However,  despite  this optimistic outlook,  the share price is nowhere.  Did go to  6  a bit ago  but  then  Friday it sells  back to  4.5 cents.  That is a far cry  from  the  millions or billions being quoted here.
