Or, do you have an academic interest, or perhaps in lecturing cite CHE as a poor business case  example governed by trustees with poor judgement , greed and inferior minds? Still curious.

Good question. Actually there is a lot wrong with a lot of his posts on different boards. He was on the SGY board for years talking about a buyout that was going to happen any day for years on end which never came. Everyday he would talk about how the shareprice was being manipulated for the buyout which never came.He even knew that it was Headwater Exploration that would make a buyout bid that never came. He is very connected knows things that nobody else knows. Except he is wrong all the time and never is man enough to admit it.  He then moved over to the CJ board and started the same thing. He sees all kinds of conspiracies with every move in a shareprice.  Some people cant seem to understand that stocks go up an down all the time. There is not  always a conspiracy behind every move.

He has spent years on this board bad mouthing the company and saying he owns no shares. Seems like he thinks that none of us no anything and need his expert analysis as to what to buy or sell. He has been badmouthing CHE all the way from $3 to $8.50 calling for the distribution to be cut to zero.

Anyone taking advice from this paranoid self important fellow will likely not do to well.

What an exciting and fulfilling life a person must have to post b.s. for years on a board of a stock that he doesnt own.
