Deer in a bear trap!

Deer in a bear trap!Red_Deer, you sure took the bait this time. In fact what is sad is that you are clearly showing us that you did not actually read the MIC for 2023!
You state that the results for safety performance incentives being referenced in the MIC only deals with actual Chemtrade employees. What you are missing is that a distinction between Chemtrade employees and everyone involved with Chemtrade operations is actually made in the MIC.
First of all, on p.31  of the MIC, the following safety performance result is referenced for Scott Rook,"Best employee safety performance in the history of Chemtrade".
But the following statement is what is referenced for Tim Montgomery and everyone else's safety performance result, "Best safety performance in the history of Chemtrade".
So, the two MIC statements for safety performance results are distinctly different, one deals with only employees and the other deals with everyone including employees and contractors.
