.40 might be right for me but chasing it may cause you to be underwater for awhile.
This will be his second mine (if it becomes a mine) that he will be running and he doesn't need dollars to pay for his employment.
Most consolidations take awhile and the price will drop some. We are in the summer doldrums, no rush.
