' CNL will issue new shares to Eric Sprott. The price is only a 2.9% discount to the five day VWAP with no commission……so we feel good about it. Of course, the current share price is better but you can never get a deal done at the current level, especially when it has run over the past few days. Eric is a powerful shareholder and we are all better off to have him in our deal '
