I will fully disclose that I have no interest in CNL on the long or short side....Other then my interest in EOM.T and GLW.V which are also in Colombia.
I think we will be getting an answer within the next 8 trading days. By the positioning of this NR it looks like CNL already knows the answer. EOM has a billion dollar neighbor named MINESA who is likely paying their way. This is likely the difference on why they will get the go-ahead and CNL will be put on spin cycle.
