There are other potential announcements.

 

They're continuing to explore new targets in the surrounding areas and might find some promising targets.

A major could absolutely attempt an aquisition.  Goldcorp just bought XRA down in Chile for $247 million.  Continental is bigger, but not by much.  Chile seemed to create more environmental permit challenges than Colombia.
