RE:RE:Keeping Board of Continental away from moral hazard?
RE:RE:Keeping Board of Continental away from moral hazard?
Correct. My question is when the dust settles and $CNL is no longer being listed on public market, who decides how much compensation the board will get with the sale of the company? It seems like they have robbed value from ordinary share holders by creating extra shares, then pocket the proceeds from those additional shares into their own account. Can't they then simply give themselves huge bonuses? Basically as a share holder I feel a theft happened by dilution and the only beneficiary of dillution is Continental company & no one else. Know what i mean?
