$5.50 guaranteed$0.21 per share spread seems like a lot. I don't get it either. I'm not selling and I hope the deal doesn't go through. Eventually CNL shares will be worth a lot more. Anyway if the deal goes through and we all get $5.50 for our shares does  anyone have any tips on small cap gold companies.
