RE:RE:For What It's Worth Uke, your analogs are interesting but not totally comparable.  (I own CGT, NUG and GSV but not CNL).
Re your comparison of East Side with NUG:  NUG has been validated by credible investors such as Oceana (16%), Barrick (11%) and Tocqueville (10%).  #astside has not been able to attract a credible partner so far.  I hope they do, but until then I would not give them a valuation of more than $20 million fo it. I still think CGT will be bought for their FG project within months and NV will be spun off and I think the sum of the two parts will be over Can $1.50.   I hope Giustra doesn't get too greedy or stubborn.  Plenty of good reinvestment opportunities in this market
