Only 4 million?
They had wanted to raise 12 million and closed with 4.2. That does not make me very optimistic about how it will open.... Hope I am wrong!

A second PP is planned for early 2018. It could be that with news, the share price of Allegiant will be higher than .60 PP offering. This would allow Allegiant to raise more money with less dilution.

There is something going on. it is not normal that management has not given the ''owner of record date'' on the allegeant spin off. if they had, we would not have gone down this week to .75 Probably share holders selling with the notion that the date was dec 11th. last week we went up to .92 . I bet we could have hit 1.00 with the correct timing.

I bought this stock to get the Allegiant shares, waiting for them to give the record date. I'm selling 1/2 the position, this is ridiculous.

I sent an E mail to management yesterday afternoon, with no response. the last couple of times I asked for info, it was handily given to me. within the rules I mean, not any info that would give me an advantage over the field. just bought a few more.

Just received an answer from management. they are waiting on the TSX and TSX.V exchanges for approval. We will get an update next week.
