nothing as of yet however when I looked today there where 2 SEC filings under the Filings and Disclosure section of the quote page. One of which was the form D filed in May of 15. There is definately a listing here. One of the members said it was bogus?

I think people were implying that. That's what caused the confusion with me. What people were saying and what I was seeing were two different things.
