One of my favorite lines to adjusters when they ask why I am continuously mauling them apart... is to say that if it was one of their family members put in the same situation, they would appreciate the pain I cause a little more. It takes time, my rep builds, and eventually I get their family referrals.

So, I'm kicking the tires here on behalf of your family members. They already have to deal with you guys and that is unfortunate enough. :P
