Pro forma revenues and balance sheet

Pro forma revenues and balance sheetI googled BMH and it seems their August 2015 revenues were just over US$800,000. GLH sales are running C$1MM a month. Simplistically, I think I'm seeing C$24 million a year in revenues, pro-forma. Fully diluted shares outstanding is currently about 100MM. Issuing US$12 MM at C$0.69 would result in roughly 30 MM shares to be issued on the BMH acquisition. As a first guess, I think I'm looking at about C$0.18 per share of revenues, ramping quickly. At Canopy Growth, the P/Rev multiple is currently approximately 27. This suggests a current market value for GLH shares of C$4.98 per share, and I think I'm looking at a 10 bagger. Thoughts?
