Impact of Upcoming Vote - Smoke Clearing

Impact of Upcoming Vote - Smoke ClearingThere has been a lot of questions being asked of what will be the impact of the vote coming this next week.

I'll break it down in a few places of impact that GLH has stated.

GLH has mentioned that after the vote they will be moving most of their machinery and operations from the Aurora Campus to the site Multonomah County. This will happen REGARDLESS of the outcome in this county. So I believe this part of the vote will have very little impact.

However, the bigger impact will be how many counties will be rec MJ friendly after this vote.. I think most of us feel that more of Oregon will be more rec MJ friendly after the vote then it is today. This will translate into more opportunities for Golden Leaf and lead to more cash.

Lastly, the biggest impact of the vote will be that no matter what after this vote the smoke will have cleared in the state of Oregon. We all know that GLH has been dealing with regulatory uncertainty all of last year which has led to inefficiencies in operating. But going forward that will no longer be. It is very difficult for any business to exercise a business plan in such a turbulent environment but we are seeing an end to that after this vote. GLH will be able to move unhindered with their plan after this vote.

People keep on saying Canadian MJ plays are better but as the smoke clears on the rec MJ market in Oregon, all I can see that same smoke engulfing Canada for the next 18 months. How many companies will be able to whether the regulatory uncertainty? All those companies with a license and a pipe dream and no revenues, how will they survive? Some of millions in biological assets but no one to sell it too for almost 2 years? Sounds like sleepless nights.

In it for longgg.
