Seems like a NO may have been better anyway.. they would have had to wait for a license and wouldn't have been able to use their machines until Q2 2017.. at least they can start the expansion in Portland right away and move the Aurora property off the books asap. 

I would think most MJ stocks will move up based on the news nation wide.
