RE:RE:RE:Updated inv presentationIn order to make these acquisitions the presentation shows a Proforma for $35 Million for shares issued which will take our total shares O/S from 107 Million to 370 Million.  I like the growth but the dilution is huge especially offering shares of a company that should be valued much higher at a discount.
