Dilution, horrendous 3rd and 4th quarters, constant lies to investors, missing every, single, target, every, single, time. How can you not see why this stock is stuck for the foreseeable future. If they actually deliver on the 60 million ( which I'll bet any amount you like that they won't) then you will see it move.
