Positive but not that great for GLH -- yet. It's not legalized yet, but a legalization bill was passed in the House that allows people to possess an ounce and grow up to two plants in their home. As one article explained that bill idiotically doesn't create a regulated system involving retail sales or taxation. The Senate is taking up the issue and there is talk that it will propose a regulatory system. Of course such a system is inevitable; why would any state legalize weed and not regulate it and reap the benefits of its sale? It's an absurd idea and would keep the black market in control and making all the money. Crazy. We'll have to watch to see what happens.
