If this is a serious question, here is your answer:

-Constant lies since inception
-Missed targets, every, single, time.
-Ran out of weed to sell late last year
-Don Robinson exiting far too late
-Dilution
-Zero transparency as to what is actually going on
-Poor sales over the last quarters

That's just a few points, there's more that I'm missing I'm sure. These can all be changed around with the new CEO, but until they start showing some good numbers, and more transparency, I don't see how this won't hit the low 20s in the very near term considering the new 52 week low hit today with zero support below. 
So much potential here when it started, too much Don Robinson.
