problem here is 100 million cap
at 20 cets ..no upside for long time til they build a profitable company

Hi Golden...

Are you sure that your doing DD in the MJ industry or even the broader market?

This companies issues have nothing to do with showing or not showing a profit.

It’s all about credibility, execution and USA market acceptance to investing in MJ.
The third being the most important to valuation.

As a FYI…Not one public MJ company is showing a profit.

In fact the biggest Canopy ($1.5 Billion Market Value) is still losing substantial sums every quarter and is also continuing to raise money. According to their President they will not see profitability until at least 18-24 months and they need favorable Rec laws and execution to get there. Public info within the past month.

Their market value is supported by their credibility with investors, their execution of what they say they will do and an investment market place who are hot for MJ companies.

Nothing to do with profit and loss fundamentals.

If you’re holding out for profitability then you need to get out of anything to do with MJ industry or virtually any other new venture in MJ, Autos, Medical, TV Streaming etc
