Your discussions are scaring me to buy this stock

Your discussions are scaring me to buy this stockbeen reading up on this company. I found out about company on linkedin. Article about the American tobacco industry buying Canadian stock. I understand they have new CEO but what about licensing in Canada? I I appreciate any feedback. I'm watching it plus I don't seem to fi d this stock on Td web broker.
