Canaccord is manipulation but also owns at least 1/3 of the shares. Canaccord wants to own a successful company not a failed one. GLH is on the right track and John Varghese has done a great job. Yet as an investor I expect the board to do not only focus on the management ignoring the manipulation.

GLH itself has to ask in depth investigations. To be done investors have to put pressure on the board for this request.
