I used it loosely. This is what I meant: (phase1) Short sellers are ready to cover their shorts but first have to discourage public. Then the buy to cover their shorts after they are done and the stock has jumped in a masiive move in a short period of time they change the side and encourage us to buy on top where they are prepared for  phase 2, to short again which will be covered back in few days at the next buttom.

I guess we are in pre phase 1 period. The "gun and Run" is the second phase.
