Another possibility regarding the Haywood:

Haywood has sold 20,920,856 and bought only 531,000 shares since 28 June 2018. In my opinion the seller part represent a single trader. The recent iceberg order confirms it too. This could not be short sell as well. The last reported short sell volume was almost 0.5 M shares much less than the sell by Haywood. So the seller is selling his own shares that had them from before 28 June 2018.

The seller is either institutional or individual. The first one could be CGOC as discussed earlier. What I forgot to mention is that in Nov 2017  Gary Yeoman was both chairman of GLH and a director in CGOC.

check page 37 for the list of directors

Now let assume the seller is an individual. The seller could not be from the insiders after August 2018. There is not such an activity in the sedi insider filing that matches the sell by Haywood.

There were only two insiders in sedi that had more than 21 M shares:

Peter Saladino: 22,939,151 shares

William Simpson: 40,401,268 shares

The seller could be one of these two. Peter Saladino was a GLH director till July 28 2018.  The first week of August right after termination of Saladino term, 285000 shares were sold by Haywood @23 cents a share. Hayweed also sold almost 3M shares between 20-27 December 2019. A month later (23 Jan 2020) GLH released the news of its lawsuit against BMF Washington and Peter Saladino.

If the seller being Peter Saladino then he has almost 2M more shares to sell to fully deplete his shares.

It is hard to talk about William Simpson without any clue other than his shares number. Yet I think Peter Saladino is a more probable to be the one.

Unlike William Simpson Peter Saladino has sold 4M shares when was on board. According to SEDI his trades dated  2017-12-29. I do not have access to the houses trades from before 28 June 2018. If one has access and can check the houses information of trades on 2017-12-29 would be great. If he has used Haywood for the trade then it may further confirm my theory.
