Rick Miller Rick Miller had 7,835,968 shares July 2019. Now he has less than a million. He has sold more than 7 Million shares without leaving any trace on SEDI. How this can be explained? When he sold his shares? Before Philip Millar sold 28 Million shares before April 2019 not recorded on SEDI and Most recently Garry Zipfel resigned last October owning 29.5 M shares. He may be behind recent Hatwood dumps.
How this insiders hide their activity from SEDI? it is very concerning to me.
