RE:Rick Miller I wrote before that based on the holdings reported on OTC and SEDI, Rick Miller sold 7,835,968 shares Between July 29,2019 and December 31,2019 which is not reported on SEDI. Rick Miller again acquired 707,033 shares on 31 Dec,2019 based on SEDI (private placement).
Today SEDI reports that he acquired 347,368 on July 7th (again private placement) but his new balance is just 347,368 shares. Did he sell his 707,033 shares owned early 2020? Why not reported on SEDI?
