Any info about the Millar matter and the GLH partner in W?
Any info about the Millar matter and the GLH partner in W?This seems a closed issue but its nature was never reported not even in the previous MDA. So just curious what it is about and what is kept hidden.
"Millar Matter The matter with Mr. Millar was settled in October 2020 with the payment of C$100,00 and the issuance of C$15,000 in common shares at a deemed price of C$.06. The amount was accrued as of September 30, 2020 in the interim condensed consolidated financial statements."
Also the name of their partner in Washington was not disclosed.
"In Washington state, the Company has entered into royalty, equipment leasing and consulting contracts with a Washington state licensed processing and distribution company to manufacture and distribute the RSO GoTM product line of full spectrum ethanol extracted shatter, vaporizer cartridges and tankers. The same processor has also entered into a manufacturing and distribution relationship with the Company’s Oregon wholesale and manufacturing subsidiary, Greenpoint Oregon, Inc., allowing for sales and distribution of its branded products throughout the Oregon market.
