settlement of the Saladino case is in the horizon

settlement of the Saladino case is in the horizonGLH and Saladino had met to discuss a settlement on 27th October. Consequently both parties together requested for an extenstion from the court. This implies that they were hopeful for a settlement. If true I expect a recovery of probably few million dollars (more like $2M but not $4M or $9M) before the new year being announced.

Legal Proceedings: BMF Washington, LLC and Peter Saladino

The parties met for a settlement conference on October 27, 2020. As a result of the settlement meeting,
the parties wanted more time to exchange discovery documentation and attempt to settle the case.
Pursuant to a stipulated request by the parties, on November 9, 2020, an Order staying the case for 45
days was entered by the Magistrate. The outcome of this matter is not currently determinable.
