to the board: saladino claim is wrong

Peter is not telling the truth. His contact with Oregon was not limited to few trips he had and was paid by GLH investors.

Peter Saladino Claims:

"BMF and Saladino did not consent to personal jurisdiction in Oregon"

"In fact, the only Oregon-related contact between Saladino and any plaintiffs was that Saladino attended a few GLH board meetings in Oregon in the past."

"Saladino is a Washington resident who works exclusively in Washington. His contacts with Oregon have been limited to a handful of trips to Portland to attend board meetings for GLH during his time as a board member."

"THIS CASE SHOULD BE DISMISSED BECAUSE OREGON COURTS LACK PERSONAL JURISDICTION OVER DEFENDANTS"

"For these reasons, the Court should dismiss plaintiffs' claims against BMF and Saladino for lack of personal jurisdiction...."

Few google search results:

All the above claims are given while his own construction company has office in portland and much more

The case was dismissed already and moved to Washington.

What does "moved to Washington" mean?

Looks like GLH lost their preferred Jurisdiction of Oregon and also the case against BMF was dismissed.  From the pleadings Saladino is moving to dismiss most of the case pre-trial in Washington.

From what I'm reading looks like both parties will go their separate ways and GLH will get back their initial 15mill that they paid for BMF
