CHO receives a go private takeover offer.
Although the offer is for $0.62 , a 44% premium over yesterday's stock price, it is too low. I am voting against the offer. This stock is worth a lot more.

Fundamental Research Corp. issued a research report on February 22, 2012 when the stock was at $0.48. They rated the stock a buy with a fair value of $2.16

And yet 20 months later we toiled below $0.40. China Health....like many other Chinese companies in the post Sino Forest era....trades poorly in North America. This company needs to be taken private while they acheive their growth plans and deal with their unbelievably high A/R. Once this is done, they should look to go public in HK or Singapore. VeeP
