It's all bull$hit. These cannabis stores are less intrusive than alcohol establishments. Yet they are under constant scrutiny. My hometown council in Northern Ontario voted to exclude cannabis stores in town. Meanwhile people came up from Toronto and established a $20m illegal cannabis operation which eventually got busted. These illegal operations would not exist if legal cannabis was more readily available.
