There is some interesting accounting going on.  Clarity acquisition by Choom was completed in October of 2019.  Finalized on October 28th i believe.  I'd imagine the revenue deferral will work similar to the Niagra store.  Niagra store (since opening) generated around 9 million dollars.  This money wasnt realized as revenue by choom, but was used to pay for (in part ...more

Agree, they are busy paying for stores right now. They need dilution to stop and need the stores to pay for themselves and support new openings. I believe this is the "endurance race" claims of Bogart. I'd rather see no further diluiton and price to remain as is for another year or two... making a share buy back from the company an optimal endeavour... but who knows.

During the last quarter report, Choom was not the 100% owner of several stores and were simply earning a monthly Brand Fee from the owner.  For example, Niagara was owned by the Lottery Winner and they paid Choom $20-25k per month to use the Choom brand.  The store earned over $7M+ in revenue, but those profits went directly to the Lottery winner.  Now Choom is the owner of the ...more
