ACB cant' buy Choom

LP's are only allowed to own 19.9% of any retail.  Its' something else.

The laws are only in Ontario. Aurora can buy 100% of Choom except for their Ontario store. I don't think they would sell their shares. They're down over 90% on their stock price. So $27 million they have to Choom is now worth $2 million or so. They can't do that. Not sure what's going on though. We'll see.

but they now own a larger company for there % of ownership - O YAYA !!!!
