This company was halted at the same time as Choom. Neither one of these companies have a lot of money or company value. So we'll see. Maybe they're merging. Maybe Choom is buying them out.. not sure why the shares would need to be halted.

The main reasons for a stock to be halted is a buy out or merger, the halt prevents insiders from gaining an advantage over retail investors

I like Choom but this really does seem like a weak halt and the NR does a terrible job describing what the advantages are for them; seems boiler plate.
