This will pop shortly! They are loading up in prime locations. It is proven that the poor locations, obvious factor, are not producing great revenue. Once TO and YVR open, watch out  

They now have Phvida, online shopping, specific deals in US (LOI) and pet CBC expansion plans. 

.07 is a steal! Follow the trend closely, we will see .20 by year end.
