How are you all feeling? What's your plan with Choom? I have 34000 shares and am currently down 31 percent. Im holding right now but seeing as FAF is substantially "safer" I might dump it into them. Hope there's some news soon or you'll see some selloffs soon I bet

Choom Is down 70 to 80% in the past year. Depending on what day the stock price close of that period I am unfortunately sitting on over one million shares. I have a fairly good chunk of money to make up to get back to even. So I am very much looking for a shining point to this scenario. I have been migrating quite a bit of my money to the US retail market. I have stock in trulieve And harvest ...more

Share your pain, I don't own that amount, BUT, I own way to much of this dog. Got in at the beginning and have foolishly ridden it down, down, down. I was taken in by Jim and it just unravelled from their. Earlier poster is down 30% I would love to be down only 30%. B/E is just nevert going to happen. If I could get back to 50-60% loss I would hit the sell button. Other CBD refreshment ...more

100 % scam by Jim Bailey and criminals
Comment by AfroSamurai on Nov 06, 2020 1:19pm
Jim Bailey was CEO of Phivida, not Choom. He was also president of Redbull Canada and helped introduce it reaching sales of 150 million. Him selling Phivida, even though it tanked, was a win for him. Personally I see no long-lasting interest in CBD drinks and it's a bit early to get into the market. This is why they failed. Had they have waited two more years they wouldn't be in the same ...more

I dealt with him a lot. Trusted him.  And got burned. Anyways. On to choom. Let's get some shareholder value going

FDA ultimately killed Phivida - however, cbd drinks aren't a fad IMO.  AB 228 will be addressed in early Jan 2021 and the landscape for this market can change drastically in a heartbeat.

I agree! Just to say that i think THC beverages will be more popular then CBD. We have them here in Quebec but its 10mg only, max. I think once we see higher concentrates they will start to take off. CBD will slowly become more popular but I feel the industry leans more to THC products right now. Both of them will do well in a couple years, absolutely. The market has to mature a bit first in my ...more

Without concrete guidance from the FDA yet, what you find in stores varies. 20mg per drink is what Phivida is offering in their CBD infused beverages.
