First... All I want is everyone here to make money!

I agree in that there is no way in any sale taking place before the DFS?   That's like selling a half baked pie?

Our adjacent property owners.... It sounds incredible.... But, unfortunately it is years away... They don't even have any indicated ounces?   We're years away from proving a PEA and a MRE?  

I think its all about this DFS.... Can they prove what they have been saying?  If it's an amazing DFS..we will look forward to the many watching this deposit.  Minor and major...with any luck...we get a lot of interest and a buy out!

I don't believe a joint venture, etc. happens for a while after the DFS.  It's going to take time to review.... I also don't believe anyone is already set in stone for a buyer or a joint venture.... Now a days things are watched so closely... The last thing TLG needs is some kind of insider trading?

Patience is going to pay here!   Believe me...I'm out of patience lol!

I believe it will be a JV with TLG taking less than 50%. I don't think that JR wants to be in charge of building a mine. We are very close to the NR and from there we can calculate all kinds of things. Many ways a deal can go together so we can only wait on news.

Absolutely.  I've tried to get a bit of info from IR, but they are very tight lipped right now.  The one thing that shines through in all responses is a subtle & apparent confidence that they have multiple financing avenues available now that they did not when the project was less derisked.  Unlike some I believe JR is all over this & he will execute.  How that

Heads Up - There are several CA's in place with majors for months now, including a Yukon producer you know well. -  The DFS in its entirety when released ( not just the NR bullet points) does not take long at all for any expert to vet whether they might agree with the conclusions or not.  A day or two by a team and then further digging over time,if it looked good and solid.
